Privacy policy

This policy explains what information ZMA Mobile ("we") collects when you use this website, why, and how long we keep it.

Information we collect

• Download statistics. When you request a file we record the app, version and file, the time, the referring website's domain, any campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source), and a pseudonymous identifier. The identifier is a one-way hash of your IP address and browser user agent combined with a secret value that changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you from one day to the next. We do not store your IP address with these records.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact or copyright forms we store the details you enter so we can respond.
• Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure may keep standard access and error logs for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie that are necessary for forms to work. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep information

Individual download records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept after that. Contact and copyright messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them and meet legal obligations.
